DRIVING FOR FOOD

It crazily took me 2 hours to reach a half an hour destination to support a friend for lunch...

Good lunch though...hehe...

AFTER THE RUN

So tired...

THE TERRY FOX WALK...

On that wonderful morning, Chubby rushed to the Terry Fox Run site and started walking...

He parked his super momo and reached the place...and he went to the counter to look for himself a very good Tee...

See see, a very handsome Tee...Tee Hee?...

And after that, he started the run, he saw many others and a lot of beautiful things...ehh...girls la...

It was extremely entertaining for the monkeys to watch us running silly...

The run was a very beautiful run, nice scenery and nice environment...it was Chubby's first time here...

Chubby was happy, enjoying every moment of it...See see see...so handsome hor... XD~

And after a very very long time walking and running, he reached the finishing line, he saw a lot of people lining up for a cup of milo, people taking group photos and families hand in hand walking home...

It was a very enjoying walk after all...

As I read Kenny Sia's Blog, I saw his call to the Terry Fox Run in KL, I found out that it is a very honourable run, I pledged to follow...

Terry Fox, I solute you sir...A man who ran to create a charity fund for cancer patients while he was also suffering from bone cancer and had a leg amputated...Sweat and pain did not stop him from running, and I believe that even death, he is still running with us today...his Sprite lives on...




A man of tremendous will power and strength, I have a lot respect for the man...

Terry Fox Run 2007 Details

We really appreciate the hot responses, feed backs and enquiries from all of you runners. Before our phone line cracks and email server crashes, it’s best we post these newly arrived details
here:

Date of The Run: 4th November 2007
Flag Off: 9 am
Venue: Taman Tasik Perdana (Lake Gardens)
Location Map: (will be updated, check back soon…)

Rules & Regulations:

1) All participants must run on the designated route
2) For wheelchair bound, and physically challenged participants, please note that there are slopes along the run route.
3) Participants are to be at the assembly area by 8:45am.

Parking:

Very limited parking is available on site, and we seriously recommend you take public transport.
